Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy! All you need is your order number and zip code.

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. 

Please use our issued return label.

Returns must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. We do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, or hair tools.

Items sold in FINAL SALE section are not valid for return, no exceptions.

Once received please give us 24-36 hours to process your return and we will email you your credit code.

Your credit code will not expire and can be used towards any items on WildSoulBoutique.shop

Please remember that returns are $8.00, and we will deduct $8.00 from your credit total.

1. Make sure items are eligible for return based on our return policy.

2. Fill out return form completely. (If you need a return form, email us : info.wildsoulboutique@gmail.com)

3. Place items in original packaging

4. Print label, attach to the package and please ship back immediately (Remember, you only have 15 days)
